4. Payment Terms

4.1. Processing: We process payments through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount you select for the recharge service.

4.2. Currencies: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

4.3. Refunds: Recharge transactions are typically final and non-refundable once the mobile account has been credited. In cases where a recharge fails to process but your payment has been debited, we will initiate a refund which may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the Service.
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content or other unwanted or mass solicitations.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Service Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mobile Recharge AE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6.2. Use Limitations: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as permitted by the Service functionality.

7. Termination

7.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7.2. Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobile Recharge AE and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
